28993hello peeps,i hav 1995 Honda accord exi,after starting car reversed back ther was a large oil puddle.reparkd car switchd off looks to hav come from front of engine about half way down.dont know if hitting huge pot hole 2 days b4 has any bearing on prob,but any help would b grateful ty.

You have to clean the oil leaks from your engine bay, Top the motor oil and trace it back to where its coming from.

A leak that size you should be able to find without adding more oil

Im no mechanic,

This is what I do to solve oil leak issues I have had.

If your oil at the top hole of the dipstick, U could have someone start the motor while u had a look outside where its coming from.

Like op mentioned he reversed and reparked the car, aka he even put load the engine... still okay.

Yeah but if it's pissing out there's the chance that some parts arnt being lubricated as well as they should be, more to the point if oil is leaking at that rate, finding the origin of the leak shouldn't be a hard thing to do.

hey ther peeps, just a quik update on my situation.thx 4 any input,turned out to b oil pump seal had popped out.still had to replace timing belt and others,also head gasket.anyway took it for test drive was going fine until D4 indicator started flashing after 10 min driving and then speedo stopped working.had already replaced fuel pump relay,day b4 oil seal popped. well if anyone can give me some advice would appreciate
