Hi there,
I have been thinking to upgrade my old and tired Tein HA coilovers on my EG.
it has been fairly good so far, but with all the upgrades I have done to the engine,. I think I should upgrade handling as well.

the car will be mainly track use, only time use on the street is when I drive to the track.
will be using R888 semi.

what suspension would you recommend.

at the moment I have come down to 2 choices:
Ohlins
Tein Super Racing

help me decide.

Thank you.

Do not buy Toda suspension lol

I can say that now that I've sold mine hehe

The best suspension I've had so far has been buddy club racing specs and MCA Reds (currently installed).

RSD is nothing like N+

I had N+ first then moved to RSD.

In hindsight the RSD performed better than the fightex did almost everywhere and never broke on me.

Alex still has them in his car right now, I'm sure he will vouch for them.

If you want big $$ stuff tho you'll want to look into something with custom rates and valving.

MCA reds and golds are an option, I think Koni racing shocks are custom valved too.

KW do make DC2R V3 kits I thought, but it uses progressive springs.. Maybe not ideal for track.

on their KW website, they only make civic type R, I think FN2, and s2k only for Honda.

I thought Toda is from japan as well.

Yeah i moved from N+ to RSD aswell. Do not regret them at all. Especially since they are dailyed aswell but as tim has already mentioned the other options are also good if you plan on doing them regularly.
