what model euro is this?

Hi guys I know this really, really seems like the stupidest question to exist on this forum, but I am a complete nutcase when to comes to car models.
I would just like to ask what model this Euro is, all I know that is base (no badge)
But is it a CL7, CL9? Facelift, Prefacelift.
I need to know because I'm going to be buying parts which fit the exact model this is, and that I do not know.
