Honestly, the 3 criterias you outline is difficult for any dealer to meet...

Given the access to diagnostic tools, factory training, technical support from the manufacturer as well as the specific techs experience it's worthwhile having some work done there if you can't DIY.

I don't have my car serviced at a dealership but haveing worked at a dealership for as long as I have the number of times random mechanics have cost the customers thousands of dollars due to them not knowing the cars well.
Basic services yeah sure take it wherever but diagnostic work is typically cheaper through the dealerships as they have access to databases of known issues, common fixes etc or apparently you can get that at amant02's backyard along with your 4 hour k swap..
