hey people. Both my type r and my dads type r seats are tare-ing from the edge of the seat belt. I believe its a common fault but has anybody done anything to prevent this from happening? i was thinking put something arount the seat belt underneath the buckel like a soft material so when it runs it doesnt eat into my seats. does anybody have any ideas? :honda:

yeah for some people they rub and damage the seats, luckily for taller people i need to put my seat back more and the belts dont rub on the seat - it just misses... the previous owner of my car had those belt cushion things he used to prevent rubbing..

i have type r belt cushions but the belt rubs down the bottom on the seat so i got a piece of material and sowed it around to stop the tareing. :honda:

if u use the seatbelt covers u must position them carefully, otherwise they are no use.
i know a lot of people who have those seatbelt covers, wear it against the body

pretty rice considering i dont have any spoon parts yet.. but goes w/my blue dc5r.. i got it off ebay.

but i dont put it on my body.. usually i place it where the belt hits the recaro's... however mine is already warn cas the previous owner was probably as short as me.. damn parents.. :D
