info/res buttons steering wheel - cl9

i have a 2004 euro luxury, there 2 buttons at bottom of steering wheel and they don't do anything. Look like a info and res on the button

Wanting to know what this does and anything I can do to get it working?

those 2 bottons are for post facelift accord euro's new dash cluster
looks like someone put in a different steering wheel to the original.
