Hi guys

Just curious if anyone can shed some light?

I have changed pads n rotors in a car 6 months ago (aftermarket rotors) bendix pads also

Was sweet n now theres a loud grinding noise when braking?

Pads n rotors look good.

Anyones thoughts? Thanks

Is it possible that the noise is coming from the brakes that have not been changed?
I don't hear a lot about defective pads, but it is probably possible.

Ben probably right, check for stones between pads and rotor and also rotor and shield. So you jacked car up and spun the hubs to check for noise ect as well? check the rears as well.

Also maybe check that all of the brake calipers bolts are tight, though thats more of a clunking noise, but i'd check that anyway as well

Ok, so all 4 have been changed. Maybe an idea to reassemble the corner that is making the noise.

I wouldn't, cbauto swapped my new rotors for used ones last time
