After multiple searches I couldn't find a clear answer.
I bought an EM1 exhaust myself so decided to share my knowledge on it.
The length of the piping and flange will bolt up directly onto the stock B pipe of the hatch.
the barrel of the exhaust itself will also fit fine, the only thing that is out of line is the hangers and the exhaust tip itself.
the rear bar will fit on without touching anything.
I decided to cut off the hangers and re position them to the side of the exhaust barrel. It lined up perfectly and sits at a good height snug behind the bumper.

Its up to you if you want to cut the back piping or the hangers either way cutting the hangers will be a much cheaper job at you local exhaust shop.
