Turbo Civic? and hello

I am a new car person but I recently bought a really strange old Civic from a weird man who live on coast and was going to fix it up, he sold for $250. It doesnt run - the turbo is broken (This is apparently turbo civic)

I have never seen a civic like this before- where can I get turbo?

that's not civic. its Honda city turbo.

I had one before.
there is turbo 1 and 2. turbo 2 got top mount intercooler and different bodykit.

gearbox are all different across all turbo 1 and turbo 2 and NA.

Proved them with info about the turbo itself rather than the car. You will need to remove it and give them the numbers from the unit

GCG Unable to help they say turbo is not of life anymore.

I talk to cousin Joosep who tell me same turbo come on Italian Alfa Romea car back home - He says turbo will fit civic maybe. Anyone know if Joosep is true?
