JDM Civic Type R FD2R - how much is it really worth?

Just want to get an personal opinion on seeing whats it worth.

Q: If you saw a 2007-2010 Civic Type R FD2R for sale, how much would you pay? (assuming its in good condition, complied for road use, etc.)

Last one I saw for sale was about 50k on car sales, but as we all know that's really steep for a civic.

There's a line between buying something you love and something that's too expensive, whats yours? Mines probably 30k considering its nearly 10 years old.

I would see this as "market value'' issue. It doesn't matter how much redbook or even tho the car is 10 years old if someone wants to pay 50k for it, its what its price is.
