Should be able to. Pretty sure as long as it's in the center, there shouldn't be issues.

Only thing I can imagine going wrong is getting an asshole cop picking it apart for not having the state listed, could be added however - think it'd be necessary? Cheers for the reply!

you mean a vinyl sticker? If so then it's illegal,ive been fined for that :o
