Howdy all,
So today I am heading up the street, and I crack the rear windows on the CL9 to suck out fumes from a car in front.
Now the rear passenger side won't move to come back up!
It is raining, so need it fixed asap
Any one else had this issue?
Probable causes...switch or motor? Something else?
Thanks in advance

Sounded stupid hey.
To answer your question properly. It's not a common fault. Take your car to a real life person to diagnose. Not online

Have you tried both the driver and rear door switches?
Checked the fuse? DO the front windows work?
Can you help it up?

Okay.
So the Windows don't work from the drivers master switch.
Do they work from their door switches? If yes then the master switch is at fault, if no
Check fuses, is something blown? If yes fix and replace fuse if no then
Check to see if you can hear the motor working, is it? Etc etc

hi DogChaser
Had exactly the same thing with driver's side power window, will go down, stops on way up, and goes down on its own. After removing the door panel today, found out all I needed to do was lubricate the window guides with Inox or WD-40. Just spray from the top, front and back, no need to remove the door panel. Hope this helps
