Hands Free Phone System 2016 Honda Jazz

I have a brand new Jazz and people on the other end of the phone when I am operating Hands Free tell me that there is a lot of interference and static. I can hear them clearly over the audio system.I am going in for my first service in a week or so, but I don't want to be fobbed of with a"they all do that"comment. Is there any feedback on this issue?

I use mine to call people at least 3-4 times a week sometimes for up to 10 minutes since March, no-ones complained of interference or static.

Note my phone is a Samsung S5 Mini on Telstra and usually resides in the drivers side dash cupholder in case it makes a difference.
