Hi guys/gals,
Just curious... how did people run in their :honda: euros when they first picked it up from delivery? i know most modern engines are already "run-in" from the factory, but i've also heard a couple theories about running in the car once on-road:
1. stay below 100kph for first 1000km to run-in the engine smoothly - apparently ensures longer engine life, etc.
2. driving it hard for first 1000km to thoroughly lubricate engine - apparently provides more power output later on.
anybody got any theories or factual evidence for either method??
