Plate recognition software can / might be paired with the plate scanners attached to police vehicles in order to create a date / time / location based data set. In addition to the CCTV network deployed by the "road maintenance department" (varies state-to-state) network ... you can never be hidden.

Satellites are less of a complication due to the ratio of how much can be surveilled versus time to surveilled

There was was two this morning - previous registrations share IPs with banned bots
Another 11 bot registrations from outlook.com email addresses joined up this morning and were destroyed.
