Hey guy was wondering if i could get some advice about my catback... its too loud! its 2.5inch diameter all the way thru with a resonator and a mugen twin loop muffler on the back. was wondering if i put another resonator on it will this make a difference. e.g like the dual resonators on the fujitsubo power getter catbacks. will performance go down since there is more restriction? thanks! :D

2.5" would usually be considered a little large for a B16. Either way, you should be able to tone the db down abit with an added resonator.

The resonators effect on your perfomance shouldn't even be noticeable.

too loud with a mugen axle back?? unbelievable...

2.5" is too large, and with a 2.25" piping you might find some gains... i actually know someone who is selling 2.25" mandrel bent piping from an EM1, so you might consider it - it will bolt straight up and also had a mugen axle back, so the flanges will be correct.

that should reduce the noise with no loss of power - might even rev better :)

actually i said i have a cat back 2.5 inch piping with mugen twin loop muffler

the gains are better than my fujitsubo legalis R catback which was 2.25 inch

only thing is its ****ing loud... thought mugen twinloops were sposed to be quiet
