Tweeter replacement 04 accord Euro

Hi all
Can someone who has removed the dash tweeters and replaced them tell me if the grilles pop right out, adn also what speakers they used to replace the tweeters? Mine are squeaking. Thanks

I replaced mine with MB quarts but I got a whole component system so the front door speakers were replaced as well
