Will installing an aftermarket header and Hi-flo cat require a tune?

Hi, I'm planning to purchase a header for my DC5 Type S and was wondering if I needed to get it tuned? I understand tuning a type S is relatively more difficult and expensive than the Type R, so I want to know if its really needed.

Also, what header would you guys recommend? I'm looking at Tegiwa (toda rep) or PLM headers since all other headers are over the 1k mark.

you will NOT need a tune, but it will help yield the potential gains from it
