Bike carrier fitting

Hello I’m in process of fitting 1x oem bike carrier and 1x Thule

T Bolt on oem fits the roof rack nicely. Thule’s however seems a bit small/loose in comparison.

Anyone from experience knows if this is normal? And Thule T Bolt should be sitting like this? Or is there an option for a bigger T bolt. Thanks
