My radio goes fuzzy while driving with fog lights on

(CL9) My AM stations are 99% fuzzy and I can't tune into any AM stations. And from time to time my FM channels go fuzzy too especially when driving under a bridge or past certain buildings.

When I turn my fog lights on its as if I've flicked the fuzz switch and all channels go fuzzy with lots of static noise.

What could be the issue and how can I fix this?

Is the antenna plugged in? Back of unit and rear glass

You might have a grounding issue there. Check all the grounding points
