Exciting news - there is an Eibach Pro System out for the TSX. It includes the Pro Kit Springs (which people are familiar with) and Pro Dampers... wait for it.... only $496US!!. It isn't height or dampening adjustable but as you know the Pro Kit drop is nice. I also could not see myself pulling out the back seats every time I wanted to make adjustments to dampening, etc. It will never happen - most people set coilovers and then forget.

This, I think, will be a good option instead of adjustable coilovers. Matched springs and shocks is exactly what I want.

Hopefully it will be available from the Eibach distributor in Australia soon.

So the Pro-damper you refered above is to replace the OEM shock absorber, right?

Yes - it is new springs and shocks. They are matched together so you don't get the potential problems associated with just changing springs. Would also handle better.

Thanks yfin, I think it will be a very good option for me in the future when my OEM shocks and springs start to show sign of fatigue.
Let us know when they are available through Australia distributers. and make sure it fit both pre-05 model and 05 model. As KL1368's dealer couldn't fit Eibach pro kit springs on to his 05 Euro because of suspansion difference.

No good reason why it wouldn't work - interesting comment by that dealer about the 05 suspension. Personally I think it is bs - interesting to see whether anyone else can't install the prokit on the 05 model.

Most suspension places can order Eibach stuff - so it looks promising. I am hopeful when I come back from o/s in Sept 06 this will be an easy purchase in Aust.

Yeah - we could get the $496 price - but what about shipping :( . See email from Scott of Escondido below - quoted me for the A-Spec kit shipping. Shipping is the killer.

-----
Due to it’s weight, the suspension cannot ship with the USPS; freight would be $912.00 via UPS and probably about the same with a freight-forwarding company.

Thanks,

Scott

Not sure - probably over 30kg for 1 set. Can't carry that with my luggage on the plane. :(

eibach comes from germany, is it? maybe it's cheaper to get it in germany then in US. but then again, delivery may cost similar.
