as title says etc- im going 2 replace the flasher unit. Does any1 know where it is on the vehicle? & is it a conventional flasher unit? ie can easily purchase one from any auto store. Thanks.

flasher unit plugs into the fues box under the dash. I dont think you will be able to plug a generic one in, but im not sure what after market options you have.

sure its the flasher unit? did you do any work to the car recently? something might be unplugged... just a thought...
