retrim and short shifter

i was just wondering if anyone knew how to take out the old material covering the armrest of a EG civc coz i want 2 replace it with white vinyl
any links i can follow or ideas

if u do it urself the vynil is gona shrink after a period of time .. wid all dat effort jus go to an auto retrim they do it fo only $ sikty dorrars

Solder iron if you really have to do it useself but do it slow
