This maybe the same or similar ...
On my 92-95 honda civic - there is a small adjustable cog in the rear of the headlight - you access it thru a small hole in the front reinforcement ( the metal above the headlight) . You use a phillips head screwdirver or similar - and simply turn and the entire light angle goes up or down according to your aim. Try it against a brick wall or garage door etc at about 5 meters away - wiyth the lights on you can see the beam move up and down. Remember the right hand side angle is slightly lower than the left !

on the teg there are two cogs... i just did my adjustment 30mins ago on my new headlights... the one on the outer side of the lights are for horizontal adjustments and the one on the inside of the lights are for vertical adjustments.

standing in front of the car, facing the windscreen.
turn clockwise: up or in
anti-clockwise: down or out

Good luck! and remember dont point it too high up. there is a standard for beam height but i cant remember what it is.
