I just rank Larke Hoskins Homebush & Rick Damelian about the front lip.
It cost about 300 bucks! is that right? Might as well get a aftermarket body kit.

comes with mounting kit and oem honda colour coding all for $317.80.

i reckon its decent aftermarket ones might not look exactly the same and are made from fibre glass as oem honda are plastic if u hit or run into sumtn wont crack will only scratch paint...depending on how hard you hit or run into wateva it is...

I don't know what is a OEM vti-r front lip cos i don't have one, but i bought a type-r front lip for 199 from honda last year cos they were doing clearance sale. Full ITR front lip, side skirt and rear skirt cost about 600 in total

my advice is to shop around. there are very varying prices as u can see. there was another thread about how much ITR lips cost, and it varied from 200 to almost a grand.

there are OTHER BOlts that honda sell that are really expensive and they all nice and individually packed in their own plastic pocket thing..

I think we get cheaper OEM parts in QLD, those stickers you mentioned are kinda free, discounted body kits, free bolts, cheaper mechanic work...etc
