Hey guys
Whats a good set up for subs in my crx 93 model (targa)
i heard u cant put any subs in the boot because of the back window having a metal sheet protecting it, which will block out the sound making it sound sh*t.
I know u can mould subs behind the seats just wanted to know how much that would rougly cost and can it be done by my self. If anyone has any pics they would be handy :)

who ever told you that or heard it from is as smart as a peanut.
a few friends and myself have subs in our sol and they are only 10" in an average size box and the sound is awsome.(inside cabin wise, outside it sounds shit)
The boot is kinda a sub box itself.
u can buy already made sub box for behind the seat. Get em from JL Audio. very pricey though.
Here are a couple of images of the last CRX I did. Is you one like this or the earlier version?

That JL/Audson? setup is l33t ! nice and clean
My JL is just sitting in the boot of my delsol, like z3lda said just a 10" in the boot is suffice. It really depends how much of a sound freak you are what extremeties you want to go to for your setup... in saying that how much you want to spend.
From memory, JL audio (i think  ) make an actual sub compartment thing simlar to Fhrx has posted, but its quiet expensive.
Ive tried my mates 12" Cadence and the bass is too "spread" for the delsol.. more of a cabin sub for liftbacks like tegras..

hmmm it does look neat... i think id still keep it in the boot though.. sound waves will travel through glass and then u have the pressurised boot as well... not a fan of firing subs straight into the cabin
