Has anyone fitted the DC Sports header yet? Farked if I know how these TSXs are getting 190hp at the wheels. Are they using a different scale for their dynos or something as that is heaps more than the K24 in Australia.

I haven't...

But if i was going to change the whole exhaust my headers would be DC Sports ones...

Its cheaper then Comptech's one and i think from all the branded headers for the Acura TSX its bang for ur buck....

I'm seriously considering ordering one within the next few weeks. Will post more info when the header arrives at my door.:D

With shipping for one header I think it's about $650AUD

Woo even better, thats a good price. There's a store that does free shipping to anywhere in the US, so I'm actually planning to have it shipped to one of my friends in the US, and he'll forward it on to me by a more "economical means". So I dare say it should be about the $500AUD mark.

But we shall see......it's only an idea at present......;)

Is it the DC Sports headers which have had problems with cracking? Apparently there is a fairly simple fix involving making extra welds in a couple of spots to strengthen and reinforce it.

I'm sure I read something about it on the US TSX website.

But I read installation must be done carefully not to scratch the coating. Is it true for all headers, or is it just for this DC Sports header due to it's "ceramic-coated mild steel" design?

Interesting. I havent even got my Euro yet, a week to go and im thinking up the mods. I usually do exhaust, header and KN filter early. Good bang for buck. These sound like decent headers

I emailed him, he wants 575 delivered for the headers... Better off buying it yourself from a reliable American site...

I even asked him if it was the updated version and was told he was not too sure but is pretty sure it's the updated version... WTF???
