OK guys ive gotta Pioneer DEH-P1Y (http://www.pioneeraus.com.au/car_entertainment/cdtuners/dehp1y/index.html) with " PC Link Screensaver Studio Accessed Via Web To CD-R "

Now ive downloaded the OEL Screen Saver Studio and heaps of cool animations such as...

http://www.pioneer.co.jp/car/pclink3b/preview/movie/5_Night_Crusing.gif
http://www.pioneer.co.jp/car/pclink3b/preview/movie/2_Air_Show.gif
http://www.pioneer.co.jp/car/pclink3b/preview/movie/3_Arctic_Ocean.gif
etc

And ive also made a couple that i want to use, but i dont know how to actually get it working via the CD. Maybe i missed an instruction somewhere but I dont know if i burnt it to the cd wrong (i just put it in the root folder) or if im spose to do something on the headunit

anyone know =] ?

What i had to do on my DEH-P9650MP which i am assuming may be the same set up, was to put the file that the screen saver studio creates onto a CD just the root folder will do, The book then says the following;
Press SOURCE and hold until the unit turns off
Press OPEN to open front panel
Press and hold ENTERTAINMENT and DISPLAY until the unit goes into download mode
Insert the disc into the slot
Now loading should display
When it displays finished eject the disc

This is how to do it on the P9650, yours may differ but i hope that helps anyway
