99 civic lights??

What the difference between the 99 ek civic’s front lights and it predecessors. Are they more narrow?? Will they fit on a 98 civic??

I believe that the whole front end is different. They narrowed it slightly but ended up changing the front lights, fenders, front bar and the bonnet.
so parts between them aren't interchangeable..
