CIVIC Suspension - EG + EK

Hey guys wondering if all eg and ek civics use the same suspension. Hatch, coupe and sedan?

front = exactly the same ( altho , EK springs tend to be alittle bit longer/taller)

Rear = same, but fork desing is slightly narrower on EK rear shocks.

Will Eg Springs go onto an Ek and vise versa?

Do preludes use the same suspension as civics?

i did the measurements the other day on the rear forks as I was planning on getting some ek shocks for my eg. the ek is about 40mm across and the eg is about 50mm.
