On a recent dyno test the mechanics said by the erratic power curve at high revs the engine was restricted in either intake or exhaust flow.
i had a simota cone type pod filter on my car at the time. i replaced it on the the weekend with a K&N cone type pod filter ($121.95)...standing both filters side by side the k&N is about 3 times the size.
It fit on perfectly with the filter hiding behind tthe front bumper.
I reset the ecu and now i can say im very pleased with the results. The car goes like a dog shot up the arse lol. Well, the car used to go very well but now its just pulls and pulls and pulls.
