[5th gen accord] fitted new gold badges

hey all, a few weeks ago, someone in sydney nicked the rear badge off my accord......i guess they were getting old and a little bit tatty anyway so i ordered a new set from honda ($66 @ trade) and put them on..... looks brilliant now.

$66 trade, how much err..retail?

not sure how much retail, probably over $100.00 The guy at the honda parts counter is a really good friend and he sold them to me for staff price which is below trade.

he said something about there being literally heaps of gold badge sets for 5th gen accords still in stock....honda anticipated higher demand for them when the cars were new than there actually was so they are left with a stock pile of them lol.

h22a: your car is so shiney, can see the reflection of you and your digicam. I wondered whether you are showing your badges or your digicam. lol, the paint just too shiney.

So did that bustard nick both H badge and Accord badge?? what a greedy bustard..

The Gold badges looks brilliant. you have gold one for front as well right?

haha, yeh, it actually is due for a polish....serious, i havnt done anything else but wash it for the past 4 months. you should see it when i go crazy on it.

its a mobile phone you see there.. nokia 6670 1 mp camera.


the centre rear badge got nicked but as i couuld only buy the badges as set i replaced them all. front and rear. i still have to get a vti badge for the back.
