man...my handbrake is stuffed...
how much would it cost to fix it...

um...ok say i put the gear in to drive/reverse with the handbrake on the car moves forward/backward...endless i pull the handbrake or the way.....but it shouldnt need to pull that high...

sounds like it needs re-adjusting.

There is a DIY somewhere here that myself or Wynode did....EASY to do....

yer its a 15 min job

you just need to remove 2 screws on the side of the handbrake cover and use pliers to tighten the nut connected to the spring

fixed it today...wasnt hard to do it at all...

When does it 'engage' now? like do you have to pull it up a lil bit or all the way up before it grips?
