after finishing a hybrid/frankenstein motor in my del sol Crx, i found that my standard clutch is basically shitting itself.... just wondering which is my most viable option for a clutch upgrade?
the car is putting out approx 165kw atw would i best get a heavy duty organic or go a brass button style?
the car is street driven at least once a week, so it does get used and i want it to be sumwhat user freindly... any suggestions?

i think the HD organic would do the job.

Sports organic is you intend to wade through traffic regularly.
If you're just going to spank it, go for the sports ceramic.
A HD button clutch will probably just piss you off.

Hey, I am using a Excedy Organic and it is fine for my del sol 135kw @ wheels. I drive mine a couple time a week. Get a lightened flywheel if you haven't already done so. Good luck.

Just out of curiousity...
How much power/strain can the stock clutch safely take?

When I got my car Turbo-ed my stock one just started to slip. Did not break at all, just slipped alot when I gave it a bit off the line or changed gears at high revs. Once it was engaged properly the clutch was fine.
