DC5R parts into a DC2R?

I've come across some DC5R parts for sale and I was wondering whether they would be an easy swap over on to my car. 1 is the original CD headunit, the other being the steering wheel. Could anyone see a problem with these items being fitted to my car? the head unit looks to be a bit larger then the standard DIN size though.

The steering wheel would a headache to change over. Do you have any idea how much it costs to swap over airbag equipped steering wheels?!
