Can someone tell me how to open up a jazz so i can put my HID bulbs in?

check yr owner manual man
Doesn't HID require an extra power supply for the bulb itself>

Yeh you kinda have to.
but what im doing, im jst changing the bulb to a H4 4300k.

i went to some car shop today and got myself a pair of H.I.D... god know what they do/ or if its the proper name (thats what i saw on the box).. but anyhow the guy saids it you jst replace the normal light and you get ultra super,, i mean hardcore to the max bright.

these will be just the blue bulbs no doubt. They dont give any extra light but the light will look bluish white which is probably what you want.
Changing the bulbs is fairly simple. You will need to turn the steering wheel completely to one side so you have more room to work with in the wheel area. As others have said, read the manual.

Firstly to Spoon fit & GAS828 they bulbs are $55, its an import from japan. how i know? its in gaddam japanese.

I think they are only HID look bulbs, but not real HID.
They are still halogen.

i remember one brand of halogen light blub their packing show "H.I.D". I think it means the bulb have similar function of H.I.D, in order to attract u to buy! but of course, halogen is totally different to HID!
