96 Accord Zorst

hey i wanna upgrade my exhaust.. im currently running a JDM h22a so what size will be best for the engine? i was also thinking about turboing the car so dont wanna waste money on changeing exhausts the second time around.. so just wondering if i put a 3" from catback zorst on.. will i lose power? if i wasnt planning on getting a turbo what size is efficient?

Do a search its been answered many times before, anyhow 2.5 if you dont turbo the h22a or 3 if you turbo

I have 2.5" and its great! While it is only a 2.2 litre it produces near 150kw and to make that sort of power your gonna have alot of gas flow.

Mine sounds sweet.

Yeah i have, not the same car though, just same engine. the 2.5 with the h22a did seem a bit flatter to me at around the 2-4k rpm range than the 2.25. dunno, to me its not worth it cuz thats where you do most of the driving. but then again, could just be the particular exhaust...

there is no problem in running a turbocharged car with a 2.5inch exhaust...it would be a low blow turbo set up anyway with that engine.
