Hey guys ust wanted some advice
i dont have my camera so i cant take a pic
my rim seems to be buckled a little bit
they are 16's and i think that it was a semi slow leak so i would have been driving on the rim for about 2 mins
the outer edge where the tire meets seems to be a little out of shape
anyways can i get this fixed or will i have to buy another rim??
i realise its hard to tell without a pic but im doing to best i can to explain

Thanks Guys

most wheel and tyre shops should be able to repair it. Ive got no idea of costs, but its not cheap. see a few and get quotes

Depends on the extent of the damage, I remember a mate hate some incredibly minor ones on two wheels and quoted $150, did not repair at that cost however.

cost is $100 - 150 from tempe tyres to repair buckled rims...

Depends on the damage, and the type of rim they are (forged rims are better than cast rims)
If it’s a large bend the rim may not be repairable.

lol all comes down to what you call "buckled". If it looks like one after Mark Webber just blows a tyre past the pits at Malaysia and does a full lap on it, it aint being repaired lol. But Id say a majority more than a minority can be cause blowin a tire and heavily buckled rims dont occur to often I think

by buckled i mean that the outer rimm has been bent out of shape slightly in different areas
i have the sparco tarmac etc etc aluminium wheels
if its $100 i'm laughing as i thought it would be more than that
thanks guys for all your help
really appreciate it

took the wheel and trie in and they said that the tire had a slow leak
hes patched it up but said that cos the rim is slightly buckled it'll have a really slow week until i can get it straightened
he was sure that the wheel could get repaired
ill get my camera from my gf on the weekend and take some photos of the wheel before it gets repaired
they said to look around sydney as there are a few places that do it
