CAI Help!

Hey guys,

Just wanting some advice on buying a CAI. I have stumbled across a Simota CAI that someone I know is selling. Problem is, he has a 98' Honda Civic and I have a 99'. From what I know the engine is the same, so my question is, would there be any problems fitting this to my car?

Any help would be appreciated.

if the engines were the same, and the chassis the same..
i don't see why it wouldn't fit..

is this just the air filter or the piping that replaces the stock black intake piping aswell? either way it should fit with minimal hassles.

Yeah, it's the whole piping that replaces the stock black filter...One more question, If it does fit with no probs, why is it that on the Simota website they have a separate application/model number for a 96-98 civic compared to a 99?
