hey guys,

getting my hands on some new wheels, 17 x 7".

for u guys with LOW integras and 17" rims, what width tyres have u got and does it scrub?

i have 215/35 18"s on my car and occasionally scrubs with a loaded car at full lock. Any other time its ok. 17's shouldnt be any hassle unless your teg is on its arse.

its fairly low (see avatar) but i wouldnt say 'on its arse'.

just trying to decide if i should go for 205 or 215s.

yeah my car is pretty dump and i have no problems with 205/40/17

i fit 215/40/r17 on mine and its pretty low man. No scrub

umm...friends dc2r rolled its gaurds to fit 17x8 with 215/40 rubber...he wasnt that low either might even be stock height....but i know it stuck out a little though without...hope that helps

just installed kings super lows on a dc2 w/ 215/45/17... yes it scrubs

205/35/17 is you really want slammage

or 205/40/17 is you want a nice ride

a 45 wall is 2 big, thats y u gettin scrub dude. 40 is just right. Oh and a tip, if u want ur wall 2 look smaller then get a 205 compared 2 a 215 but make sure the 205/40/17 has a legal load rating for your car or it will make it unroadworthy. These tires are available with the right load rating as my mate has them on his DC2

i had 205/40/17 with superlo king springs and it scrubed out hey
oh and there was no full lock

I got 215/40R17 with lowered springs, it does rub slightly when the wheel is in full lock but other than its all good.
If you want something does not rub at all then go for 205s
