Cut the wires out and match the correct wires with the new one on the deck.
Make sure you disconnect your battery before doing any work... Search on the net you should be able to find a website that provides you the details on what color is what.....
I would recommend you to get it done professionally. If you want I can get you in contact with a mate of mine who can do it for you in Melbourne....

There are a few wires... As far as im aware no after market deck plugs fits in the factory stock plugs. (quote me if im wrong)
You will need to cut it off and then re wire the new wires from the new deck....
Its a easy job if you know what your doing. Search on the net and you will be able to find out what wires for what....
So what DVD player did you end up buying

can u rephrase that?...
i dunno if this is wat u're asking but you can buy wiring harnesses for civics very easily...
the company that makes them is called AERPRO... go to any JB Hifi and u can get one ordered.. :)
also if u dont want that, just hard wire the units... just get it done professionally...

Try
www.installdr.com
for the standard 12v, ignition wiring etc
and then for the video plug i think u just plug it into the respective video socket, and u plug the amp to the aux sockets.
correct me if im wrong?
