I'm in the market for new wheels for my EG VTi.
At the moment it has stock sussy, but later on I intend to fit the Whiteline 'Handline Pack' which changes the camber, castor and toes settings among other things.
I want to fit 16 x 6 or 16 x 7 rims but I have been told that with the castor kit, there can be some rubbing at full lock. Obviously I want to avoid this so I was wondering if there was any specific offset that I should be looking at to prevent this? Also, in general, what is the ideal offset for my car?
The wheels I have my eye on (this week anyway) are Lenso VEs in 16 x 7 with a 4 x 100 pcd and a 38 offset. Do you see any probs with these in terms of legality and in terms of drivability. If so, what..? For legality sake, I'm in NSW..
