Guys i tried installling an amp with my friend today to my car, i am running the stock headunit with a unit that allows you to use rca cables linking from speaker wires. The problem is now, everything work......when i turn back on the headunit, only the radio has sound, it does not play sound the CD Stacker, like it's playing but no sound is coming out.

Any help would be great.

Are you using the rca adaptor? where you use your rear speakers to connect in place of rca connectors that you don't have on the deck?
Is your amp light on and working etc?

Clickz yeah i am using an rca adaptor, but on the s2 i can only got the front speakers. Everything is working, it's working fine for the radio, lights are on. BUt no sound when i hit the stacker, it's the stock stacker on the s2k. I didn't change unit cause i didnt' want to lose the stock control had i put the aftermarket head unit.

Double check that you have use the right wires for the RCA converters and also have you connected the remote wire to go to the AMP.......

Yups
I agree with Tu88y
if you used your front speakers to connect the rca adaptor, then you must've connected your front speakers to your amp (im assuming) and so check to make sure you've connected the rca cable to the ignition wire properly and that the amp turns on. But you say when the radios on the the sound is fine but only with the stacker? maybe your stacker isnt connected with the rca cable?
