i wanna get a cam tune and all you people who have done it on a b16a before

what is the best setting

ie. how many degrees positive and negative?

i think the best way is on a dyno..

cant afford to get on a dyno :?

i think max safe setting is +2 in +2 ex
generally you want to go + on both in/ex
and to max out u need a aftermarket ecu of sorts

If you adjust them both the same, arent you just moving the power band around, rather than actually getting more power out of your setup??
