Just be careful, the jazz front brakes scrape rims. I got some SSR 15" +43 offset and it scraped the spokes of the wheels. Had to get some 10mm spacers made up (don't do the dodgy thing and use generic spacers!) and now it fits nicely.

I don't think there's any way of knowing if it will scrape other than to simply try it.

Yeah, I have SSR type-C 15x6.5 now. Back fits fine, front needed at *least* 5mm of space to clear the brake calipers....

Great wheel though :D

ps. I also heard buddyclub P1's scrape.. something's weird about the Jazz all these wheels seem to fit fine on civic, integra, etc.. I dont know much about wheels though.

Basically, a fully safe, legal spacers is one that meets the following conditions:
1. precisely fits your car's central mounting hub
2. has a flange sticking out that precisely fits the wheel's centre mounting hub
3. is permanently attached (ie. screwed in or bolted) to either the car or the wheel

Points 1 & 2 are required so that the wheel is mounted precisely centred on the car and so minimises vibration. Point 3, not sure why the law requires it, probably so that when a mechanic is working on your car they don't accidentally leave the spacers off when they put the wheel back on.

Without point 1 & 2 its possible that the lug bolts take all of the bouncing force when you hit a pot hole, and it can cause the nuts to come unscrewed while you're driving, or even worse cause the bolts to snap and your wheel falls off.

Having said that, most wheel places don't seem to care about any of this and just put the generic spacers on between the wheel and the car and tighten the nuts enough that it doesn't move around (you hope...) Since I drive my car pretty hard I thought I would get it done properly and had some spacers manufactured out of aluminium and attached to the wheel.

My understanding of the 'offset' in wheel specifications is that together with the rim width it affects the overall track width of the car (distance between left and right tyres). It does not specify anything to do with whether your brakes/suspension/etc will be cleared or not... Also most states require the track width not to be changed by more than a certain amount over stock.

I'll take some photos of generic spacers vs. my spacers when I get home if you like..

For that rim we sell them as
