does anyone have idea of rough insurance cost for MDX?

our family's MDX is currently insured with suncorp when we bought the car in Queensland, we continued the insurance when we moved to VIC and think they are using GIO for VIC...(not too sure). with age access of $700, our premium is getting up to 2 grand for located in Doncaster..my father has rating one for life,, is it a reasonable price? :confused:

I think we pay about $1200 for our MDX. In perth though so that might make a difference. Its through Honda Insurance which is provided by Swann Insurance
