h22a accord

Hi, do u think that these pedals are interchageable?
reason im asking is because when i put a h22a in my accord i cant hook up the accord cruise control to the h22a as there are no brackets on the h22a and the brackets on the the old f22b accord engine will not fit onto the h22a.
I discovere that with the preludes the cruise control cable is connected directly to the top of the accelerator pedal and if they pedals are interchangeable i could use a prelude pedal and either legthen the accord c/c cable to fit or if i have to fit a prelude c/c diaphram.
what do you guys think??
