This has been covered many times (on other forums).

Toda is PROVEN to be have the most gains over both spoon and mugen (according to certain dyno tests). It is a 4-2-1 setup as well.. which puts the 4-1 = better than 4-2-1 *rule-myth* to rest.

However in saying that the Mugen and Spoon are both quality headers and have proved significant gains. As with the Series 2 JDM 4-1 SS Headers. This is for B-Series btw, namely the b18c5/7.

H series, LSD motorsport mentioned, Jun would be a definate top end performer.

depends on the use of ur honda. If ur looking for a true track weapon i would have to say spoon and toda.

Mugen is good but i think for the money u spend on geniune mugen items, they ar more reserve in term of raw performance. Mugen is a divison of honda hence they still hold back alittle interm of raw performance.

If ur into drag racing ur have to look at amercian company that tune honda. ie DC sports, elderbrook an other like wise.

ie good example mugen uses the twin loop desin muffler the reson to bring reduce exhaust noise, as everyone knows when a honda vtec's it bloody loud. hence a little comprimise to performance.
