if you can prove its your original pic , ofcourse you can email customer care for EBAY and get it pulled down.
Id email the seller and ask to have it removed first.

from my exp with airboxes i wouldnt think it would do much better than stock because the filter is exposed and sucking in warm air from engine and its nowhere near the cold air inlet so its not being fed direct cool air from outside

other than that the aluminium box would promote better flow than plastic but i would wait for something better to come along :rolleyes:

You pretty much said it all panda. Crap design (almost identical to the factory box) and lots of hot air.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Honda box works better - as bad as the design of the box initially appears, it actually works pretty good.
