I've got some drivers side damage on my car and I did a bit of panel beating just so my door will open ok..

and i was just wondering if the drivers side door would be smash repairable and resprayable or do u guys think i would have to replace the door?

How much would the drivers side door be?

Anywayz i've got some pics.

depends how much the wreckers want...

guess you'll be able to negotiage price... depends if you just want the exterior with or without the inside panel + door handle / window winder... etc

My friends got damage similar to yours, and we got a quote of about $600-700 from a place in granville for the front quarter panel (driver side), mudguards (if they're affected) respray, blending the paint and the panel beating for the door. You dont HAVE to replace the door but it was recommended.

that sounds like a decent price

was the condition of the drivers side door similar to mine or better/worse?

yeah i could do with a set of new doors myself, for an eg sedan. not the prettiest thing at the moment. where abouts in sydney is honbits located?

The condition of the drivers side door was similar but the front quarter panel was a bit worse so the front guard was damaged but had to panel beat the area so we could open the drivers side door as well
